F45 is great, don't get me wrong - but as a dude if you're trying to gain muscle instead of losing fat (which is 90% of the females out there) your progress is going to be slower. You'll feel stronger, increase stamina for sure, but muscle building with f45 takes time as it's more targeted at calorie burn.
